Video Analytics Data
As a video analytics company, our products process video footage and related events, such as vehicle number plates, traffic violations, people counts and security alerts, on behalf of our customers. Our customers own and control this data and decide what is recorded and how long it is kept. Katomaran processes it only on their instructions and only to provide, secure and support our services.
On-Premise Deployments
Video data stays on the customer's own servers and Katomaran has no access to it unless the customer grants support access.
VSaaS (Cloud) Deployments
Video data is stored in secure AWS S3 or S3-compatible cloud object storage, with the storage region determined by the applicable deployment and customer configuration.
Access by Katomaran staff is restricted, logged and limited to authorised support and maintenance purposes. We do not sell customer video data or use it for advertising.
