3. Our Response
- Katomaran approached the client's problem with a people-first mindset. Instead of simply replacing the existing software, we redesigned the video monitoring workflow from the ground up. We analyzed how operators interacted with different camera portals, mapped their daily challenges, and identified where time was being wasted. This helped us design an intelligent ecosystem that uses automation to simplify their work.
